Kris Aquino still dreams of getting married

MANILA, Philippines - Despite her failed marriage to basketball player James Yap, Kris Aquino said she still wants to get married again one day.

In an episode of ABS-CBN's morning show "Kris TV" aired Wednesday, Vice Ganda asked the TV host-actress if she will still get married.

"Gusto ko, syempre," Kris answered. "Kasi at some point naman, you want a companion."

"Kasi di ba yung mga kids, magkakaroon ng sariling life," she added.

Kris has two sons, Joshua and Bimby.

She further said her son Bimby allowed her to get married again.

"'Everybody should get married,' sabi niya. 'But when I'm ready, okay?'" Kris said.

The ABS-CBN star's marriage with basketball star James Yap was officially annulled in 2012.

Kris is currently single. The 44-year-old star was romantically linked to Quezon City Mayor Herbert Bautista, although their romance quickly fizzled out.
