If it makes celebrity lawyer Ferdie Topacio laugh, it must be a joke. But if it makes him frown, it must be true.

Legally brilliant and a practical joker, Ferdie is small but terrible. It’s a cliché but a compliment when applied to Ferdie who is, well, small all right but big in some ways. Big surprises come in small packages, remember?
