First in the menu is an enticing Pesang Pampano dish paired with an heirloom recipe called the Florentina Dip. Go healthy this Christmas by serving some veggie Kare-Kare. Chef Boy puts an interesting twist to his specialty dish Boneless Crispy Pata by stuffing it with Ginataang Puso ng Saging.
