Joseph Marco thankful for series of big projects

MANILA, Philippines- Joseph Marco is thankful for projects that are coming his way.

 

After being in the industry for a while now,  Joseph Marco is finally getting lead roles such as those  in the TV series "Pure Love" where he stars with Alex Gonzaga, and the upcoming film "Talk Back You're Dead" where he stars with Nadine Lustre and James Reid. 

 

"Sobrang thankful lang talaga," he said about his series of projects, in an interview on Thursday. "Kasi dati,  dumating ako sa point na naghihintay lang ako ng trabaho talaga."

 

Even though he had to wait for a while for these big projects, the Kapamilya actor didn't lose hope. "I just kept hoping and moving forward," he said. "Nanood ako ng movies para lalo ako matutong umarte, 'di lang talaga ako nagmukmok. I pushed myself forward. Right now, nakikita ko na dumadating na ang opportunities. I'm just really thankful na nabibigyan ako ng ganitong mga chance"

 

With "Talk Back You're Dead" as his first project outside his home network ABS-CBN, he said he was first scared about it, but also felt challenged by the project. 

 

"At first medyo uncomfortable nga ako," he related about working with new artists. "Pero later on, I was proven wrong kasi everyone's nice, everyone's so eager to work. Parang sobrang gusto lang nila ang ginagawa nila, kaya sobrang smooth ng shooting namin. Even with James and Nadine, okay talaga sila ka-work"

 

With his career  starting to bloom,  Joseph was asked if his personal life is also blooming  as many have noticed his closeness with Alex Gonzaga.

 

"Well, she's single, I'm single, we'll never know," he said about a possible romance with Alex. "I find her cute, e. I'm not closing my doors."
