MANILA, Philippines - Tim Evans (of the US Immigration) gamely blows the candle on the cake marking an advance birthday treat for him hosted by Caloy Valera (leftmost in photo at far right) at Saisaki/Kamayan. Tim left for L.A. last night after a three-week homecoming that coincided with his mom Nenita Evans’ 90th last July 20.
