Celebs react, Kris and Heart stand out at PNoy's 5th SONA
MANILA, Philippines – Celebrities took to Twitter to express their sentiments on President Benigno Aquino III's fifth State of the Nation Address on Monday.
“I actually quite liked the appeal to the emotions and hint at the trust and nearing of the passing of the baton to end... Para sa akin ha,” TV host Bianca Gonzalez tweeted right after Aquino ended his speech.
The Kapamilya talent also said:

Some celebrities, however, chose to make light of PNoy's SONA.
“Ayos naman sa akin Pres. @noynoyaquino ang SONA mo pero dapat retweet mo mga tweets ko para hindi ako magsunog ng effigy. Charot,” joked comedienne Ethel Booba.

Ethel is referring to Darla Sauler, a writer for the morning “Kris TV,” the morning program of presidential sister Kris Aquino.

Kris Aquino, wearing a yellow Cary Santiago gown, also stole a bit of his brother's spotlight as the TV host-actress turned emotional and cried during Aquino's speech. Talking to reporters, Kris explained she and her brother turned emotional because it's their mother Corazon Aquino's fifth death anniversary this coming Friday.
“We’re very proud of PNoy and we want him to live a long life. We don’t want to hear him talking about his end,” she said.
