Cedric Lee’s ex-girlfriend Patricia Javier speaks up on Vhong scandal

MANILA, Philippines – Patricia Javier, the former girlfriend of businessman Cedric Lee, said she sympathized with Vhong Navarro when she found out about his current condition.

Lee, along with other companions, allegedly attacked the Kapamilya actor at the condominium unit of Deniece Cornejo in Taguig City on January 22.

“Napaiyak na lang ako nung nakita ko yung sitwasyon niya,” she said in an interview with local cable news channel ANC on Monday, February 3.

Javier added: “Kumbaga, sa akin kasi, ayoko na balikan kung ano man yung nangyari sa akin from the past. Kasi andito na naman ako, maayos na buhay ko. Tahimik, ayoko an paguluhin.”

“Gusto ko muna sabihin kay Vhong na, ‘Magpagaling ka. Maraming nagmamahal sayo. Buong Filipino, lahat ng mga kababayan natin’.”

The former actress’ name is being dragged into the spotlight because of her connection with Lee. The two reportedly had a relationship several years. But although Javier admits many are asking about her former boyfriend, she wanted to stay mum, adding they last saw each other around nine years ago.

“Maraming nagtatanong about Mister Cedric Lee.  For me, right now, I don’t want to say anything about it. Kasi wala naman ako doon sa mga pangyayaring yun,” she said.

“Hopefully, lahat maging maayos na kung ano man yung nangyari kay Vhong e magkaroon ng justice, kung sino talaga ang may kasalanan,” Javier further said.

However, the ANC report said Javier admits she regrets entering into a relationship with Lee.

“Lahat ng tao nagkakamali, di ba? Pero dahil dun sa mga pagkakamaling yun, dun naman tayo natuto,” she said. “Tutal, nandito na ito, na tinatanong mo ako about him, gusto ko na lang humingi ng sorry sa family niya kung nasaktan ko sila before. Hindi ko po sinasadya.”

Lee was also romantically involved with actress Vina Morales. Lee is the father of Vina’s daughter, Ceana.

Recently, Vina made headlines due to her cryptic Instagram messages amid the Vhong scandal, prompting netizens to assume the Kapamilya artist’s social media posts were about Lee.
