DBTC sizzles in Aboitiz football

CEBU, Philippines — Don Bosco Technology College's team A and B will face each other for the under-13 championship after disposing their respective foes in the 19th Aboitiz Football Cup at the Paref-Springdale field yesterday.

DBTC's team A annhilated KN Ferraren, 7-0, in the semifinals, while DBTC-B escaped Pomeroy, 1-0.

The Bosconians also dominated their match in the under-11 division over Sacred Heart School-Ateneo de Cebu, 11-1. SHS-Ateneo, however, avenged its loss in the under-15 after beating DBTC, 6-2.

Christian Osawa lead SHS-AdC's charge with three goals via the 17th, 54th and 64th. SHS-Ateneo girls also triumphed in the under-18 over St.Theresa's College, 6-0.
