24 teams to join 5th Sinulog Frisbee
CEBU, Philippines — A total of 24 teams will be vying for top honors in the fifth edition of the Sinulog Open Ultimate Frisbee Tournament set to kick off on January 12-14 at the Naga City oval.
These are the Fasa Fuego, Huskies, Sadakrab,Swangi, Thunderclap, Ultimo Tribu, Uranus, Accenture, Irbos, G-spot and Yameh, Isso Mufasa and Isso Quanchi.
Providing challenge for the Cebuanos are out-of-town squads including Blacklist of Dumaguete City, Brad Ultimate of Cagayan De Oro City,Cerberus Ultimate of Bais City, Negros, Dawgcatch Ultimate of Dipolog City, Tagbilaran City's Only Teens Allowed Period, Chronos Ultimate, Patapak Ultimate Doggs, Maasin Pirates, Spirited Baywanon Ultimate, Vice Boss and Ringer Team.
"This will be our grandest edition because of the big turnout of participating teams,” said CUF president Apple Marie Tabasa.
"They will be expecting a very fun and festive tournament. They will be enjoying every single moment of this tournament, we will let them feel a vibe that will release their competitiveness and athleticism but having fun at the same time," said Tabasa.
