MANILA, Philippines - Former vice president Jejomar Binay made his first public appearance on Monday after his loss in the presidential race.
Photos posted on Binay’s official Facebook page showed him with the students of the University of Makati (Umak).
Joey Salgado, spokesman for Binay, said the former vice president held a meeting with Umak officials for the setting up of a College of Law at the university.
