CEBU, Philippines - For allegedly raping his four-year-old niece, a 60-year-old man was arrested by police in San Remigio town on Saturday.

The FREEMAN withheld the names of the parties involved due to the nature of the case.
Amamag-id said that on Saturday, at about 8:20 a.m., the victim's mother went to their station to report that her daughter was allegedly raped by her uncle on Friday night, at around 8 p.m.
This allegedly happened at the house of the suspect, just near the victim's house.
