Proxy Feng Shui

Yes, proxy Feng Shui is a technical remedy in selected cases. How and why?

This is by delegating ownership in a legal mode to your proxy in case the place is bad Feng Shui for you.

A common example is inherited property.  If it’s not lucky for you, you may assign it to a child or kin whose Feng Shui is fit and compatible to it. 

So by way of special power of attorney, lease, or usufruct legally or outright sale or donation, you do proxy Feng Shui to avoid the bad and enhance the good chi Feng Shui.
