The Signature Six comprises of guest favorites, best sellers and hotel-wide signature items. These are the Adobo, Mango Cheesecake, Ensaimadas, Silk Road Iced Coffee, Ear Grape Iced Tea and Malicious Cookies.

Starting from Café Marco, guest may head into the Adobo Corner and discover a variety of Adobo dishes from pork, chicken, seafood or vegetables marinated in vinegar, soy sauce and garlic. This favorite Filipino dish is served together with Café Marco’s array of international buffet spread.

Marco Polo Plaza’s gastronomic delights are not limited to the buffet. At the Lobby Lounge, one may enjoy the sweet, fluffy and extra cheesy ensaimadas that are perfect for both merienda and pasalubong. It comes in three delicious flavors: plain, ube and mango.

There’s also the Mango Cheesecake, sweet and creamy cheesecake topped with luscious Cebu mangoes and a crust of crushed chocolate chip cookies. The hotel’s award-winning Malicious Cookies is indeed an all-time favorite dessert of guests. It’s rich cookie dough combined with maliciously good chocolate chips, to surely make everyone’s day sweeter and maliciously good!

This meticulously prepared Earl Grape Iced Tea is concocted from a combination of elderflower syrup, earl grey tea and seedless green grapes. It is served with freshly baked lokum that accentuates the various flavors of the drink. And the newly introduced Silk Road Iced Coffee is a blended iced frappuccino created from overnight-infused coffee, flavored with cinnamon syrup and milk, topped with marshmallow and Italian meringues. This dose of caffeine is paired with Cinnamon S’mores that is warmed to perfection.
