Birthdays of Nelda and Susan

Best Friends Forever (BFF) Nelda Cabucos and Susan Calero, both nurses by profession, had their birthdays celebrated on the same day… September 10.

Nelda and Susan started their friendship when they both worked as nurses in the US decades ago. While in the US, both were in contact with each other although Susan was in New Jersey and Nelda in California.

Anyways, the two came home and started their own business… Nelda establishing a plantation of vegies and fruits in Guadalupe Hills while Susan opened her fashion house along Tres de Abril, doing a lot of wedding gowns and uniforms for different companies.

And last September 12, Nelda and Susan invited lady friends to a delightful lunch at Casino Español and the two blew their birthday candles together signifying their closeness, with a beautiful multi-hued cake by their friend Luz Go. After lunch, Nelda gave each friend a bag of Guyabano, products from her farm.
