Corporate Complex Soon to Rise

CEBU, Philippines - A new corporate complex project in Cebu was launched and unveiled on November 21 -the Latitude Corporate Center.

To stand at 24 storeys in the bustling Cebu Business Park district (commonly referred to as the Ayala district), the development is envisioned to be the tallest office building in the area - to feature a future-ready leasing portfolio that's complemented by ecology-conscious highlights and amenities.

Molded from a partnership between the Borromeo Bros. Estate Inc. and Cebu Landmasters Inc., the complex leases spaces for various business types, with a pre-defined set of office-space options for SMEs and enterprise-class organizations.

Drawing inspiration from the success of Park Centrale at Cebu IT Park, another a project spearheaded by Cebu Landmasters Inc., Latitude Corporate Center will feature eight high-speed elevators, a sky lounge, a garden deck and a five-level parking area, among others.

Leading the festivities during the Latitude Corporate Center launch were Cebu Landmasters chairman and chief executive officer Jose Soberano III and Borromeo Brothers Estate Inc. president Bernadette Gallego.

Renowned Filipina songstress Lani Misalucha performed to a standing ovation by the crowd - as if hinting of the admirable highlights that are to come at the soon-to-rise business venue. (FREEMAN)
