And it's now possible - as Saffron Café at Crimson Resort & Spa Mactan is offering a culinary journey every night, with its themed dinners that is sure to fill everyone's week with nothing but excitement.

The resort's all-day dining restaurant, known for its extensive buffet selection, is starting the culinary journey every Monday in Korea, with the Korean night that offers dishes like Japchae, Bossam, and Jae Yuk Bokum, to name a few. Korean night is prepared by the resort's Korean Sous Chef Kibum Park, making sure that the authenticity of the dishes is never compromised.

Tuesday nights see the chefs in action with sushi and sashimi, and diners may indulge their palates and visual senses into a gastronomic performance as the chefs do the dishes, live. A wide showcase of other Japanese specialties like teriyaki, tepanyaki and tonkatsu are available, too.

Guests may eat like the locals on Wednesday nights. They may experience Cebu's rich culinary tradition with the resort's version of the city's most loved street food like kwek-kwek, isaw, fish balls and many more, in a buffet at a laid back beachfront setting.

Thursdays bring the rich and colorful culinary tradition of China , as Saffron Café overflows with Chinese staples like dimsum, traditionally prepared Peking ducks, and oriental sweets like buchi, all showcased in the buffet table alongside other international favorite dishes.

Taking it a level further on Fridays is a gastronomic tour in the key cities of South East Asia, with dishes like Thailand's Gai Hor Bai Tuey (Chicken Pandan), Singaporean chili crabs, Vietnamese spring roll and many others.
