The fashion of Cebu's young

CEBU, Philippines - There were no raffia skirts and frilly ensembles on the runway of this year's "Glitterati" fashion presentation, but the show managed to exude the vibrant festive motif that's setting the tone for dressing in style this season.

Once again it was a showcase of the latest by the metro's top local and international fast-fashion labels. More than 20 young Cebuano personalities sashayed down the "Glitterati 6: Life in Technicolor" runway together with professional models, last Thursday at The Northwing Atrium of SM City Cebu.

Mainlined by geek chic ensembles, up-cycled treatments of the 90s flannel-grunge look and stylish, bohemian-inspired combinations, the presented outfits were exactly in line with the fashion tradition of SM City Cebu's annual "Glitterati" series.
