Love is a Treat

CEBU, Philippines - Valentine's Day is a celebration of love and a day to remember as Radisson Blu Cebu readies decadent offerings to treat lovers.

On February 13 and 14, lovers may spend a romantic night under the stars at the al fresco Urban Table for a romantic dinner. They may indulge in a five-course set menu starting off with a delectable appetizer of carrot essence and crab meat salad with candied watermelon, followed by a refreshing Gazpacho soup of Cebu mango, cucumber, shrimp cracker and black ebiko.

To cleanse the palate, there's cranberry apple sorbet to lead to the main course of U.S Black Angus beef with potato cauliflower soufflé, pumpkin puree and organic mushroom chicharon. Then the couple shares a dessert for two - the strawberry decadence with praline chocolate layer and strawberry-raspberry ice cream. And the sumptuous meal is paired with a glass of sparkling wine, while being serenaded by live acoustic music to complement the lovely evening beneath a starlit sky. The exclusive dinner for two by the poolside is also available.

Or couples may opt for the lavish international dinner buffet at Feria, complete with carving stations of lechon, prime beef cuts and more, with a glass of wine. For a treat of all things pink and heart-shaped, they may express their love with delightful pastries and goodies at Feria's Cakes to Go counter. 

The Valentine celebration also goes with the lovers spending an afternoon of intimate conversations over Dilmah t-Bar's Signature Afternoon High Tea, with warm cups of rose with French vanilla tea brewing with love - for the whole month of February.

A sweet escape may also be enjoyed with a love-filled staycation in a Superior Room from February 13 to 15, with buffet breakfast for two persons at Feria and a couple's massage at Spa Esc.
