The app is a cosplay costume tracking suite that can be used to keep records of the costumes one has in his or her wardrobe. It can also be used to track how much one has already spent for a particular costume set.

What's more, the app can also be used to annotate individual costumes, like taking note of where and when a costume was worn, or how many times a particular costume set was worn. (FREEMAN)
