Maja begins concert tour in Cebu

CEBU, Philippines — Despite her busy schedule, Kapamilya actress Maja Salvador admitted she still has time for romance and she is now dating a non-showbiz guy.

“Kung masugid naman ang love life mo, wala namang problema dun. Kasi meron at merong time,”  the star of the hit afternoon teleserye “Wildflower” said during her press conference for the concert “Maja On Stage.”

For Maja, it is better to date non-showbiz guys because of the difference between each other’s worlds.

"Ang maganda dun is nakakausap mo kung ano nangyayari sa mundo niya, nangyayari sa mundo ko, maraming napag-uusapan. Fifteen years na magkaibigan so kabisado ang isa’t-isa.”

The actress also noted that great relationships come from a solid friendship.

“Yung sa akin ngayon is 15 years ko na kakilala. Barkada ko kahit dati pa. So okay kasi iba yung foundation. Yung friendship, buong-buo."

With only weeks left in her top-rated teleserye, Maja will return as a performer this 2018 with “Maja On Stage,” her concert tour within the country and abroad.

Maja’s much-awaited concert tour kicks off at the IEC Convention in Cebu this February 4. She will then head to the The Big Box East Jurong in Singapore on February 18, and will be back in Manila at the KIA Theater on March 23.

“Nung sinabi na may plans about concert and ano magiging title, sinabi ko lang na parang sa buong 2017, nagpaka-actress ako, nag ‘Wildflower’ ako the whole year diba? So parang sa 2018, sasampa ulit ako ng stage,” Maja said.

According to her, if there is another thing she loves besides acting and her current boyfriend, it is performing live.

“Forever love ko yong pagsho-show kaya hindi man kami magsama, magkahiwalay man kami ng ilang taon, babalik-balikan ko siya!”
