Perkins Twins at SM city Cebu

CEBU, Philippines - Meet the cuties Jessie and Christian of the Perkins Twins as they perform for their fans this Sunday, August 28 at SM City Cebu.

The Fil-Am twins were born on October 14, 1993 in San Juan City. Jesse at 6’1” is an inch shorter and two minutes older than Christian. During the end of their junior year of  high school, they were approached by a Filipino community newspaper (Bradford Adkins) for an interview regarding their success in tennis.

Soon after, ABS-CBN reached out to the twins for a short television segment that featured their lives both on and off the courts. It was at this shooting that the singing talent of the twins was discovered as they performed a Tagalog song for the camera and also played guitar. After the segment aired, the twins were offered their first singing performance as front act for the Teleserye Royals show in the Bay Area.

After that stint, they performed at various shows, most notably as the front act for the Three’s Company concert at the Masonic Center in San Francisco. Also during this time, the twins became involved with numerous modeling shows and teamed up with their modeling coach and renowned fashion icon Charleston Pierce.

Earlier this year, the twins released their new album under Universal Records. The album is titled “Can’t Stop” and is now available in stores nationwide. The first single “Can’t Stop” was one of the first songs the twins wrote on the record.
