CEBU, Philippines - A Cebuano entrepreneur invested US$2 million or nearly P100 million to build a complete real estate solutions company to further boost the country’s upbeat property industry.

Underscored  by the success of his property brokerage company, Anthony Gerard O. Leuterio announced yesterday the formal launching of Filipino Homes, a company which operates seven ancillary companies that provides solutions for the real estate market, these are; Car Savers, Live Eye (CCTV/security solution), Insurance Savers, Travel Savers, Rental and Property Management, Happy Webs, and Build and Sell Projects.

Together with his partners, Leuterio said in a press conference yesterday held at Marina Seaview Restaurant in Mactan Island, that these companies were conceptualized out of the dire need on the ground for these support services, here and abroad.

The close to P100 million investment is spent throughout the last seven years of conceptualizing an all-in-one company that will handle the different needs of the broad real estate customers, from rentals, property management,  insurance, car dealership, among others.

This one-of-its-kind facility (available both online and offline) connects people to all related products and services in real estate.

According to National Real Estate Association, Inc. (NREA) chairman Alejandro Mañalac, Filipino Homes is the biggest game changer in real estate marketing in the country today, let alone being the pioneer in the full-service real estate marketing marketing concept.

Mañalac also believes that the real estate in the Philippines is a "goldmine" that has yet to be mined properly by Filipinos, because given the right tools and proper guidance "money" is abundant in this business.

Filipino Homes' string of services will not only provide high-income opportunity for 13 thousand agents affiliated with the company from its 21 branches nationwide, but also to other Filipinos who want to earn extra income via commision.

With its extensive presence online including all social media platforms, Filipino Homes can easily reach at least 10 million audience a day, making it the biggest marketing arm of property developers to showcase their products worldwide. (FREEMAN)
