Software development firm launches ‘Live IT’ campaign

CEBU, Philippines - Alliance Software Inc., one of the largest software development outsourcing company in the country today, aims to expand their workforce at the same time encourage them to pursue their individual interests while working in the IT field.

The company recently launched its “Live IT” campaign at Robinsons Galleria, which  seeks to guide its employees to live their best through health and wellness, fun at work, CSR, financial management and extensive benefits.

The company believes that with this idea, they would be able to tap the employees’ passion, while they are facing the competitive world of the IT industry. With a growing annual rate of 30 percent, IT is definitely booming.

Alliance President and CEO Robert Cheng said “the Information Technology sector is taking the country’s economy by storm and Alliance is definitely at the forefront.”

He added “but at the same time, we want to make sure that our employees do not just have the best jobs, but they’re also equipped to live their best lives.”

The company aims to recruit more by having 400 employees IT professionals and graduates.

Cheng said “another way to keep up with the industry demands is to expand our workforce because we would not want to miss on the numerous opportunities that this industry is giving and we want to extend it to the many talented minds out there.”

Alliance has established offices in Tokyo, Cebu, and Manila. The company’s delivery model is anchored with both on-shore and off-shore approach stressing on effective use of key strengths in people, process, and technology.

It also developed service capabilities to include the entire spectrum of the software development starting from Design, Development, Q/A Testing, Deployment to Documentation and Vulnerability Assessment services.

In relation to the expansion of the company, the company is set move in to its new 14 storey-building located the Cebu Business Park by 2017.  The building will host Alliance’s innovation and growing number of employees. — (FREEMAN)
