Additionally, each tower features a passive solar control design system that uses the extended balconies that project at the surrounding edges “as important environmental sunshades that reduce heat loads in the building,” explains Architecture Michael Banak, the project’s principal architect.

The glorious exteriors of 128 Nivel Hills are complemented by luxurious indoor amenities fit for the exclusive lifestyle. These include a hotel-sized function room, private theater, toddlers’ play area, business center, study room with its own library, fitness center, swimming pool and bar, residents’ lounge, a generous lobby, and two floors entirely dedicated to retail, restaurants, and service shops.

The interior design is conceptualized by renowned firm Manny Samson and Associates, famous for their work for the St. Regis Bali. Taking inspiration from the sinuous form of the buildings, ID Manny Samson integrates raw, natural resources abundant in Cebu into the interiors of the property.
