Some classes suspended anew as 'Glenda' moves out

MANILA, Philippines — Typhoon "Glenda" is already on its way out of the Philippine Area of Responsibility, but it has left several areas still flooded and structures damaged.
Several local governments have suspended classes anew for Thursday, while individual schools have also declared their classes canceled to ensure the safety of their students.
