LIST: Domestic flights canceled due to ‘Urduja’

MANILA, Philippines — The Manila International Airport Authority on Saturday said a number of domestic flights were suspended due to the bad weather caused by Tropical Storm Urduja.

Cebu Pacific, Philippine Air Asia, Cebgo and Skyjet grounded some of its flights as more areas were placed under storm alert.

The tropical storm is expected to make landfall over Northern Samar-Eastern Samar on Saturday morning or afternoon.

In its 8 a.m. advisory, PAGASA said the eye of "Urduja" was estimated east northeast of Borongan City, Eastern Samar.
