Avida spends P1B for low-rise project
MANILA, Philippines - Avida Land is spending P1 billion for its first low-rise, single-tower residential project located in Makati City.
Targeted for turnover in 2019, One Antonio is expected to generate P1.27 billion in sales for the company.
One Antonio is among the 15 projects valued at P30 billion that are slated for launch this year.
“The challenge is putting together a concept. This is very close to the Makati Central Business District and in a very low-density district. It’s a one of a kind project,” said Herbert Herrero, assistant vice president for Avida’s Project and Strategic Management Group.
The six-story residence will have a low density of only 198 units in a 7,059-square meter property on Sacred Heart street in Barangay San Antonio, Makati, with unit prices starting at P8 million.
Unit sizes range from two-bedroom at 56 to 60 sqm. and three-bedroom at 62 to 66 sqm. cuts.
Herrero said target clients are end-users who want to reside closer to the Makati business district.
“One Antonio will appeal to end-users seeking a home closer to the business district, who see Makati as a central location, or who may be empty nesters considering downsizing,” Herrero said.
