Learn how to implement performance-based compensation

MANILA, Philippines – The Center for Global Best Practices (CGBP) is launching a pioneering seminar titled, Best Practices in Performance-Based Compensation to be held on May 5 and 6 at the EDSA Shangri-La hotel, Mandaluyong City.

The seminar will teach participants on how to develop a robust Performance Management System (PMS) that is easy to implement, fair, equitable and will motivate all employees of all levels to perform at their best. Participants will also learn how to link PMS to the organizational strategies, directions and values to ensure that all employees are moving toward attaining the company’s objectives. Participants will also discover how to develop subsystems that support and strengthen the PMS and how to use performance measure calibration systems, performance improvement aimed at improving poor performers and individual development plans.
