Peso flat on Thursday

MANILA, Philippines - The peso moved flat against the dollar on Thursday, closing at 44.805 from the previous day's 44.8.

Total volume transacted at the Philippine Dealing System amounted to $499 million, higher than the $378.5 million posted on Wednesday.

The peso opened Thursday at 44.81.
