A night of celebration and surprises,?the recent 5th Annual PropertyGuru?Philippines Property Awards held at?the Fairmont Makati concluded suc-?cessfully with Robinsons Land Corp.?(RLC) proving once again why it is one?of the leading real estate companies?in the country. Among the prestigious?awards that RLC bagged are Special?Recognition in Sustainable Develop-?ment, Special Recognition in CSR, Best?Residential Interior Design for The Sap-?phire Bloc, Best Retail Development for?Robinsons Galleria Cebu, Best Resi-?dential Architectural Design – Highly Commended for The Radiance Manila Bay and a special citation for RLC president Frederick Go, who was named 2017 Philippines Real Estate Personality of the Year. Attended by 250 key industry figures and VVIPs in real estate, it was a memorable and enchanting night for all. Congratulations to the hardworking Robinsons Land Corporation president Frederick Go and his team for these extraordinary accomplishments!

The philanthropic diplomat

Manila’s most distinguished diplomats, businessmen and VIPs came together to celebrate Angola consul Helen Ong’s birthday at the the Okada Manila in Entertainment City, Parañaque. Escorted by her son Juliano “B.Y.” Ong and garbed in a stunning white gown by Amir Sali, the well-re- spected diplomat enjoyed the superb performances by Phil- ippine Ballet and Sayaw Foundation. Known for her being a philanthropist and patron of the arts, consul Helen has helped establish many cultural organizations and has sup- ported the Philippine Cancer Society and Cofradia de la Immaculada Concepcion for many years. In his testimonial, Society for Cultural Enrichment Inc. (SCEI) vice chairman Jimmy Laya spoke about consul Helen’s priceless role in so- ciety by making art accessible to underprivileged children. Kudos to consul Helen for her philanthropy and invaluable contribution to the arts scene!
