Anchor Land, Accor announce first five-star boutique hotel in the Philippines

Revive the glory days enjoyed by the country’s elite during pre-war Manila with the redevelopment of the historic Admiral Hotel into a European-inspired five-star boutique hotel by Anchor Land Holdings, Inc.   The company is headed by Stephen Lee as chairman and Steve Li as CEO.  The restoration is part of Anchor Land’s multi-billion-peso property venture that involves the building of the 53-storey Admiral BaySuites residential luxury condominium adjacent to the legendary hotel.
