PCUP chief, 4 pa sinibak ni Digong

MANILA, Philippines — Sinibak ni Pangulong Duterte ang chairman ng Presidential Commission on Urban Poor (PUCP) na si Atty. Terry Ridon at apat pang commissioners nito.

Ayon kay Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque, ito’y dahil sa isyu ng junket abroad at pagkabi­gong magampanan ang kanilang tungkulin bilang collegial body.

Bukod kay Ridon, si­­ni­bak din sina commissio­ners Dr. Melissa Aradanas, Manuel Serra Jr., Dr. Joana Lagunda at Noe Indonto.

“The President said during the 84th anniversary celebration of the Department of Labor and Employment last December 8 that he would fire a commission. The commission he was referring to is the Presidential Commission for the Urban Poor,” wika ni Roque.
