Mocha para senador? ‘Let the people decide’ - Digong
MANILA, Philippines — Hayaan umanong magdesisyon ang publiko ukol sa napabalitang pagsama ng pangalan ni Assistant Secretary Mocha Uson sa 2019 senatorial line-up ng PDP-Laban.
Ayon kay Pangulong Duterte, kung gusto umano ng tao na ihalal si Uson sa Senado, kikilalanin umano ito ng lahat, maging ng mga militar at pulis.
“Let the people decide. It’s not a one-month story or critic. Let the people decide. Kung ginusto nila ‘yan, then that’s it. It will be honored by all, including the military and the police,” wika ng Presidente.
Giit pa ng Chief Executive, kung sakaling ang isang tao ay mahalal bilang senador, kahit na hindi ito gusto ng karamihan, kailangan daw itong igalang.
“You might not like her, her ways might not suit your values, but if that guy or woman is elected by the people, then you have to honor that choice,” paliwanag pa ni Duterte.
Nitong Biyernes ay sinabi ni House Speaker Pantaleon Alvarez na kasama sina Uson at Presidential spokesperson Atty. Harry Roque sa partial list ng mga tatakbong senador sa ilalim ng ruling party, na umani ng batikos sa social media.
