"It seems that the Office of the Ombudsman has mastered the art of selective justice – hard on some, soft on others...slow to act on complaints against the friendly but quick to decide against perceived hostiles," wika ni Duterte.

"Senator Revilla is under detention for about four years now. In my opinion, and I will raise this point to the court, his detention has ceased to be preventive but rather becomes punitive," wika ni Mendoza.

“I think this violation of a human right to liberty is being committed within the judiciary itself and it is the judiciary which must rectify (this damage),” dagdag niya.
