Latinazo is new CTB president

MANILA, Philippines - RCBC Savings Bank (RSB) president Rommel S. Latinazo was elected president of the Chamber of Thrift Banks (CTB). Latinazo previously served CTB as its first vice president in 2013 and 2014. The organization supports its members by ensuring that its various concerns are brought to the attention of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP). It also helps ensure a manageable operating environment for the thrift banks, and provides training programs that enhance its members’ skills and qualifications by setting standards of conduct. RSB, the consumer bank arm of Rizal Commercial Banking Corp. (RCBC), is one of the 53 thrift banks allied with CTB.
