First dollar prepaid card

MANILA, Philippines - Sterling Bank of Asia (Sterling Bank) has launched the first and only Dollar Visa Prepaid Card with EMV Chip, called ShopNPay US Dollar Visa Prepaid Card, the perfect travel companion that offers easy access to funds without sacrificing security.
