Lunhaw

Ganahan gyud ko mukaon og utan. So two weeks ago katong nag-post ko nga ganahan ko mukaon og vegetable salad, nahugyaw ko dihang ni-comment among kanhi kauban nga reporter nga si Liv Campo kay at that time naa siya sa Lunhaw Vegan Café, nagkaon gyud og vegetable salad. Lunhaw is at Maxwell Hotel along Escario. Gamay ra siya pero the place is very cozy. Ang staff labi na ang nag-serve namo kay very accommodating. Babaan kaayo. I like the place. Very relaxing, and the background music is calming. Barato ra sab didto. Ang kinamahalan kay garden pizza which is P240. In short, nindotan ko sa lugar.

But nalimot na lang nuon ko’g order og fresh salad kay pagkakita nako sa menu, daghan man ko og giganahan. I had Vegan Sisig kay nahugyaw ko nga naa siya’y tofu, nga I love tofu much. Actually, according to the menu, vegan sisig is tofu mushroom sisig in butter sauce, topped with tofu egg and served with turmeric brown rice and it’s in house salad. Lami ilang salad. Lami akong gikaon. Pakpak!

Dennis had Buffalo Wings. Of course, nitilaw ko uy. Lamih sab gyud uy. Makalibog lagi kay puros lami. Hahaha.  Buffalo Wings is composed of  “veg-balls served with gravy, turmeric brown rice and the in house salad.” Samtang si Yuri kay ni-order og Air Fried Tofu. Tofu na pud. So alams na. Niapil sab ko’g kaon. Air fried tofu has tofu of course, with tomatoes and kangkong in a soy ginger sauce served with turmeric brown rice and the in house salad. Unya ni-order sab si Yuri og PS Lasagna. Best in tilaw na sab ko.  Its Pumpkin Spinach Lasagna filled with meat substitute and white coconut sauce on a sweet and spicy tomato and basil sauce.

Lami didto uy! Katong tanan namong order gawas sa lasagna kay ta’g P165. Dili ka maka-feel nga utan diay imong gikaon. Mahugyaw ka. And then, pag-upload nako sa photos sa among gikaon sa akong Instagram account kay naay nanggawas nga recommendation nga naa sab kunoy mga vegan eateries sa Guadalupe, Urgelllo, ug Pardo. Pwes, ako sab nya nang pangitaon pag may time. But dili gyud ko vegan uy kay mukaon man ko’g meat gihapon pero in moderation na lang. Pero ganahan gyud ko’g utan. Utan ha, with an “a”! Hahahaha!
