3rd Northwest 100 Miles Ultramarathon sa Nonyembre 18

CEBU, Philippines — Masukod  na  usab ang lahutay sa mga Sugboanon ug ‘out-of-town’ long-distance runners sa 3rd Northwest 100 Miles Ultramarathon karong Nobiyembre 18-19 nga manukad didto sa Daanbantayan Municipal Hall ug matapos diha sa Plaza Independencia.

Ang mga  runners  mosubay sa rota nga adunay gilay-on nga 160 kilometros.  Gikan sa Daanbantayan, ang runners moagi sa lungsod sa San Remigio, Tabuelan, Tuburan, Asturias ug Balamban agi sa Transcentral Highway hangtod moabot sila sa Barangay Lahug paingon na sa Plaza Independencia.

Ang organizers adunay gibutang nga 34 hours cut-off time alang sa mga partisipante.

“The challenge here is how will the runners manage their time, this would be very challenging for them because we have set a  34 hours cut off time, so it is really up to them kung unsaon nila pag-manage ilang kaduka ug kagutom samtang nagdagan ug ilang mahuman ang dagan before the cut-off,” matud pa ni race director Edwin Colina.

Ang tanang finishers makadawat og special commemorative buckle, finishers dog tag ug finishers shirt. Ang nag-unang tulo ka mananaog makadawat sab og tropeyo. 

Ang maong lumba magsilbe nga qualifiers alang sa  2018 One Cebu 550 Km Ultramarathon sa Agosto sunod tuig. (BANAT NEWS)
