Panthers mobalik og duwa sa CESAFI
CEBU, Philippines - Human mopalta og usa ka tuig, ang University of Southern Philippines Foundation (USPF) Panthers moduwa og balik sa Cebu Schools Athletic Foundation Inc. (CESAFI).
Si CESAFI commissioner Felix ‘Boy’ O. Tiukinhoy Jr. mikompirma kagahapon nga ang USPF Panthers mosalmot sa 15th CESAFI men’s basketball tournament nga gikatakdang mosikad karong Agosto diha sa Cebu Coliseum.
“The decision of the USPF to come back to play for the coming 15th CESAFI basketball is a huge boost to the league in terms of opportunities for college players to play in another team. It will also be good for the fans and students of USPF to have their team in the league. I am glad and happy. Welcome home, USPF,” matud pa ni Tiukinhoy.
Gumikan kay kuwang sa tawo human ma-disband ang ilang team, ang Panthers wala moapil sa CESAFI sa miaging tuig. Gawas sa USPF, ang Dragons wala sab mosalmot sa miaging season sa juniors division.
Gumikan sa maong lakang sa USPF, ang CESAFI collegiate basketball balik na sa pito ka teams nga gipangulohan sa defending champion Southwestern University (SWU) Cobras.
Ang nahibilin nga mga koponan naglangkob sa University of the Visayas (UV) Green Lancers, University of San Carlos (USC) Warriors, Cebu Institute of Technology-University (CIT-U) Wildcats, University of San Jose-Recoletos (USJ-R) Jaguars, ug University of Cebu (UC) Webmasters. (BANAT NEWS)
