Sports, faith tourism tinguha sa DOT

CEBU, Philippines — Gusto sa kalihim sa Department of Tourism, Secretary Wanda Corazon Teo, nga adunay matampo ang ahensiya sa turismo sa Sugbo alang sa Sinulog 2018.

Gibutyag sa bag-ong acting director sa DOT-7, Shalimar Hofer Tamano, nga gusto ni Teo nga mobisita sa Sugbo ug mosaksi sa Sinulog.

“She wants to be active in Sinulog. She wants more contributions from DOT for the Sinulog...mga financial seguro,” matod ni Tamano.

Tinguha ni Teo karon mao ang sports tourism sama sa triathlon ug ingon man faith tourism.

Usa sa mga tourist destination sites nga sagad masuruyan sa Dakbayan sa Sugbo mao ang mga culture ug heritage sites sama sa Magellan’s Cross ug Cebu Metropolitan Cathedral samtang sa lalawigan ang mga karaang simbahan sa Katoliko. (BANAT NEWS)
