Kapitolyo aduna nay meat inspectors
CEBU, Philippines — Sunod tuig gikatakda nga aduna nay bag-ong division ang Provincial Veterinary Office nga magtutok sa pagsusi sa mga karne sa tibuok Lalawigan sa Sugbo.
Ang maong buhatan tawagon og Provincial Meat Inspection Service, sumala ni Dr. Mary Rose Vincoy, ang pangulo sa PVO.
Sa pagkakaron, sumala ni Vincoy nga ilang gi-train ang ilang mga veterinarians ug pipila sa ilang staff sa pagsusi sa mga karne ilabi na sa mga ihawanan.
“So once we will be fully equipped, we will be undergoing a lot of training when it comes to assessment and evaluation of meat establishments like, poultry dressing plant, meat shops, all over the province,” matud ni Vincoy.
Matud niya nga mas maayo nga adunay buwag nga division nga motutok sa pag-monitor sa mga ihawanan nga limpyo ug nisubay sa balaud.
“From the old Meat Inspection Code, the role of Vet office is only supervisory, general supervision, but with the amended code, it’s like the role of National Meat Inspection Service given to the Provincial Meat Inspection Service,” matud ni Vincoy. (BANAT NEWS)
