13th month ipahatag di pa ang December 24
CEBU, Philippines — Nipahinumdum ang Department of Labor and Employment sa mga kompaniya sa paghatag sa ilang rank-and-file nga kawani sa ilang 13 month pay sa dili pa ang Disyembre 24.
Kini human daghang tawag ang 24/7 hotline call services sa DOLE may kalabutan sa pagpanghatag sa 13th month pay.
Matud ni DOLE-7 OIC-Regional Director Cyril Ticao daghang pangutana may kalabutan sa Presidential Decree 851 o ang Thirteenth Month Pay Law, ilabi na nga nagkaduol na ang holiday season.
Sumala pa ni Ticao nga ang 13th month pay mahimong ihatag sulod sa duha ka higayon sama sa pagbukas sa klase ug ang laing katunga sa dili pa ang Pasko.
Gitug-an ni Ticao nga base sa Labor Advisory No.12 series of 2013, ang mga employers moduso og report sa ilang pagtuman sa balaud sa DOLE sa dili molapas ang Enero 15.
“We would like to clarify that all rank-and-file employees in the private sector are entitled to said payment regardless of their position, designation, or employment status (regular or not) and irrespective of the method by which their wages are paid (monthly, daily, pakyaw, etc.), provided they have worked at least one month during the calendar year,” matud ni Ticao.
