Balaud sa TNVS gipaspasan
CEBU, Philippines - Gibutyag ni Senador Joseph Victor "JV" Ejercito nga gipaspasan nila karon ang balaudnon kabahin sa Transport Vehicle Network Services aron legal na ang framework niini.
Si Ejercito kinsa maoy author sa balaudnon nagkanayon nga tungod sa isyu sa Uber ug Grab tali sa Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB), gitinguha nila nga ma-prioritize ang maong balaudnon.
Matud ni Ejercito nga nauso na karon ang apps based transport system ug ang mga sumasakay nakakita sa kahamugaway niini hinungdan nga angay kining i-regulate.
Si Ejercito nisuporta sa pagsuspenso sa LTFRB sa Uber tungod sa wala pagsunod sa regulasyon sa ahensya.
“You cannot use popularity or public demand as an excuse not to follow government regulations. Rules are rules. I think the LTFRB is right in suspending Uber. They continue accepting new drivers, new vehicles when there was already a moratorium in acceptance of new TNVS,” matud ni Ejercito. (BANAT NEWS)
