CEBU, Philippines - Nagplano si Cebu City Mayor Tomas Osmeña nga mopasaka og kasong abuse of authority batok ni Vice Mayor Edgardo Labella may labot sa nahitabo atol sa ilang annual organizational session sa miaging semana.

“We have a ridiculous situation where the minority is the majority. This is very unbecoming, it’s very anti-democratic. How can be the minority be the majority, they’re twisting the law, to me it appear that it’ like that. In a democracy majority rules right, this is twisted interpretation the minority rules, they don’t know how to count?” asoy ni Osmeña.
