Palma: Di pa angay mag-Martial Law sa CV

May Miasco - Banat

“On a personal note, I would not really want that the Martial Law should extend to the Visayas, while according to the President the Abu Sayyaf may be everywhere but I think it’s too premature to say that it should be extended to the Visayas,” matud ni Palma sa usa ka ambush interview human siya nangulo sa usa ka burial Mass sa Cebu Metropolitan Cathedral sa siyudad sa Sugbo.

Nabalaka si Palma nga posibleng magkakomplikasyon ug maghatag hinuon og kahasol ug kalisdanan sa katawhan sa Visayas kun magdeklarar niini bisan wala kinahanglana.

“I share the sentiments of Cardinal Quevedo being from Mindanao and being knowledgeable of the situation especially in Mindanao… in fact no less than Cardinal Quevedo made a pastoral statement approving of the declaration of Martial Law in Mindanao, I respect that very much,” matud ni Palma.

“But as per our experience, here in Cebu and other parts in the Visayas, there is no such eminent danger or possibility,” matud niya. (BANAT NEWS)
