Osmeña uyon sa free condoms sa tunghaan
CEBU, Philippines - Wala ray pagsupak si Cebu City Mayor Tomas Osmeña sa plano sa Department of Health(DOH) nga manghatag og condom sa mga tunghaan nga giplanuhan nga sugdan sunod tuig.
Apan giklaro hinuon ni Osmeña nga dili siya pabor niining mga kabataan nga moapil-apil og pre-marital sex.
“If there is risk with the spread of HIV, the DOH is doing whatever is necessary to contain the problem. And the church has no right to let the DOH serve as a disciple or an apostle promoting its principle. I hope the church can convince the kids not use condoms but at least if they decided to engage in something that is unsafe for their health,” matud ni Osmeña.
