Enrile gustong mag-Cha-Cha

CEBU, Philippines - Giduso ni Senate President Juan Ponce Enrile sa subling pagbukas sa 15th Congress karong adlaw’ng Lunes ang Charter Change apan giklaro niyang ang buot lang niyang amendahan sa Konstitusyon ang kasamtangang mga probisyon niini bahin sa ekonomiya.

Ang Senado kagahapon mipasar og buwag nga resolusyon nga nagpahibalo kang Presidente Benigno Aquino III ug sa House of Representatives nga nakab-ot sa Senado ang quorum ug nagsugod na sa ilang ikatulong regular session sa 15th Congress of the Philippines.

“House Speaker Feliciano "Sonny" Belmonte and I do not seek to revise the Constitution. Rather, we seek to amend only certain economic provisions therein such that there will be more flexibility in the ownership of certain industries, particularly those that are involved in the exploration, development and utilization of our natural resources," matud pang Enrile.

"We are not going to radically change the policy of Filipino ownership in the Constitution. What we envision is simply to relieve our people of the rigidity of their Constitution by making it more flexible," dugang pasabot niya sa report sa GMA News Online.

"It will not happen because the two Houses agreed and we will pass the resolution. We will see whether we are going to tinker with other provisions of the Constitution," matud pa niini sa mga tigbalita human sa session.
