The Ellis launch: Pursuing passions
MANILA, Philippines – In the heart of Makati rises the newest residential masterpiece called The Ellis.
To celebrate the launching, different personalities were invited to speak at the press conference. As experts in branding, entrepreneurship and investments, the speakers talked about how they pursued their passions to rise above a cutthroat landscape.
Geared towards today’s trendsetters and go-getters, Megaworld’s The Ellis, located along L.P. Leviste St., Salcedo Village, is an address that’s ideal for the creative and street-smart youth who aim high and possess the drive to reach their goals in record time.
The newest high-rise was launched to members of the online press and print media at Gallery at A Space in Makati City. A Space was definitely the perfect venue for the launch because it features a collaborative workspace, which is one of the highlight amenities of The Ellis.
Shaira Luna, a renowned photographer, gave insights on how she overcame one-path labels and becoming her own brand. Vince Golangco, WheninManila.com founder and president, recounted how he turned his passion into growing opportunities and discussed his future plans to expand his current business. Meanwhile, Jackie Van de Ende, Lamudi Philippines Inc. founder and managing director, shared how young entrepreneurs can build and buy their own properties.
At the event, hosted by Guji Lorenzana, guests were introduced to the features that set The Ellis apart from its competitors — modern, unconventional “first-of-its-kind” offerings that have been designed with its future creative residents in mind.
Eugene Em Lozano, vice president for sales and marketing of Megaworld Makati CBD, showed the first-of-its-kind features of The Ellis such as the Link Units, which allow residents to own a living space that’s attached to another unit, easily converted into a working space; the Town Hall, a contemporary space for casual gatherings; and the Pause & Play Room, an entertainment space.
