One lustrous affair
Continuing on its celebration of three decades of history, Jewelmer Joaillerie brings the Queen of Gems, the golden South Sea pearl, to the Queen City of the South via “A Journey to the Extraordinary” event held at Shangri-La’s Mactan Resort and Spa.
The gala, in partnership with the exclusive luxury resort, was the first of its kind in Cebu. It was an intimate thanksgiving celebration with the Cebuanos, dedicated to the men and women who have helped make Jewelmer Joaillerie the internationally-renowned brand it is today.
Jewelmer Group president and CEO Jacques Branellec together with his children, Jewelmer Joaillerie EVP and deputy CEO Jacques Christophe Branellec and SVP and creative director Gaelle Branellec, welcomed VIP guests and Cebu society’s crème de la crème, as well as press from Manila, at the Mactan Ballroom foyer to partake of a six-course meal specially prepared by the hotel.
The program featured Jewelmer’s new corporate video that shares the story of the brand’s journey since it was founded in 1979 by Filipino businessman Manuel Cojuangco and French perliculturist Jacques Branellec.
Jewelmer Joaillerie’s 2016 Spring/Summer collection was also unveiled by top models garbed in special collections by renowned fashion designers Rhett Eala and Mia Arcenas.
