Courtesy visit

MANILA, Philippines - National Food Authority administrator Orlan A. Calayag (second from left) exchanges pleasantries with Vietnamese Ambassador Truong Trieu Duong (second from right) during the latter’s courtesy visit before witnessing the recent pre-bidding conference for the supply of 800,000 metric tons of rice buffer stock held at the Social Hall of the Sugar Regulatory Administration building. Joining them are commercial councilors Vu Viet Nga and Phan Khoi. Vietnam is one of the key countries that participated in the pre-bidding conference along with representatives from Thailand, Cambodia, Korea, among others.
